Safety & Accountability

Ladet Dynamic Resources Limited is committed to protecting our employees, clients, and the general public. This fundamental value is paramount to us and is inherent in all our operations. Our goal is ZERO safety incidents. Ladet considers safety and environmental concerns very seriously in all our activities, and we have an impeccable record as a result.
Safety takes priority over all other aspects of a project and is to be the first thought in evaluating the means and methods for operations, logistics or schedules. The measure of our success will be based on the pre-planning, operational processes and lack of incidents.

The ethical standards at Ladet Dynamic Resources Limited are reflected in its philosophy of social responsibility and best practices to promote the development of communities where it has ties. As part of its responsible management stance, the company strengthens its ties with clients, business partners and other interest groups through trusted relationships representing long-term business sustainability.

Social Responsibility

Ladet’s philosophy of social responsibility is evident in the delivery of quality products, the continued business relations of mutual benefit, the improvement of its personnel’s talent capabilities, and in the recognition of the effort. Its premise is to engage in business in an ethical, transparent and trusting manner. Ladet also promotes the responsible use of natural resources, a safe and healthy environment both in the office and the various geographic locations where it develops engineering and construction projects.

The management team of Ladet is totally committed to policies and practices of social responsibility, and for this purpose supports ideas and programs that present new opportunities of access to sources of development in education, health, work, housing and sports.

Local Content

Our local content policy is galvanized by our resolve to build a world class company managed by wellgroomed Nigerian professionals. It is our policy to comply with the Nigeria Content Directive of the Federal Republic Of Nigeria on local content, materials, suppliers and manpower from Nigeria and to make use of services and facilities, professional or otherwise which are rendered by Nigerians or companies incorporated in Nigeria, except when after proper research, such services/facilities are not available in Nigeria. In line with the above, Ladet Dynamic Resources Limited shall create an environment that will allow for the maximization of local content and employment by providing the facilities and strategic location to enhance the development of Nigerian skilled labour and enterprise through:

 

  • Co-operating with clients, government, partners and other indigenous organizations to promote local content
  • Providing community related projects and youth development in the local communities where we work.
  • Show commitment in meeting with the Nigerian Content targets of the Federal Government of Nigeria of achieving a minimum of 70% Nigerian Content, in terms of total monetary expenditures through the deliberate utilization of Nigerian human and material resources without sacrificing Safety, health and environmental standards.
  • Show commitment by deliberate addition or creation of value in-county via capacity building of locals, Technology transfer programs, Technology mentorship programs, increasing physical operational presence and investment in Nigeria, creating opportunities in human resources, development of Nigerian contractors and suppliers and implementing various innovation that will increase Nigerian content development in Nigeria.
